Step 2: Assessment
JK RORO reviews the service type, bin requirement, waste, location, access and schedule. More information or a site visit may be required for commercial or complex jobs.
Step 3: Quotation
The quotation states the proposed service scope and relevant commercial terms. Review the waste restrictions, access requirements and schedule before confirmation.
Step 4: Service confirmation
After confirmation, the operations team schedules the delivery, collection, exchange or additional-bin request and coordinates with the nominated site contact.
Step 5: Completion or ongoing schedule
One-off jobs are completed according to the confirmed scope. Recurring customers continue under the agreed schedule and can request reviews when waste volume or operating needs change.
