RORO Bin Rental & Waste Collection FAQ

This RORO bin FAQ answers common questions about rental, booking, site access, accepted waste, restricted materials, pricing and collection arrangements.

What is a RORO bin?

A RORO bin is a large open container transported by a suitable RORO truck. It can be used for approved high-volume waste from properties, businesses, clearing and project work.

How do I choose the correct bin?

Send photographs and describe the waste type, estimated volume, loading method and available placement area. JK RORO will recommend an available option after assessment.

Do you cover all of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor?

JK RORO provides coverage across KL and Selangor. Final scheduling depends on location, route availability, waste type and site access. Send your full address or Google Maps pin for confirmation.

Can I request same-day service?

Urgent requests can be checked, but availability is not guaranteed. Contact JK RORO as early as possible with complete job information.

Can I arrange regular collections?

Yes. JK RORO can propose a scheduled plan for commercial properties, businesses and managed communities based on waste volume, operating requirements and site conditions.

What waste can be placed in the bin?

Only waste types included in the accepted quotation may be loaded. Send a clear description and photographs before booking. Mixed, heavy, contaminated or regulated waste may require different handling or may not be accepted.

What waste is prohibited?

Hazardous, chemical, clinical, liquid, asbestos-containing, explosive, flammable, pressurised or regulated waste must not be loaded without written approval. Unknown materials must be declared before service.

Can the bin be filled above the top edge?

No. Waste must be loaded safely and must not create a transport hazard. Overfilled, unstable or incorrectly loaded bins may require correction before collection and may result in additional charges.

What access is required?

The truck needs a safe entry route, turning or reversing space, suitable ground and adequate overhead clearance. Tell us about gates, ramps, basements, loading bays, security procedures and restricted hours.

Do I need permission to place a bin?

The customer is responsible for obtaining required approval from the property owner, building management or relevant authority. JK RORO must be informed of any placement restrictions before delivery.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on location, bin requirement, waste type, estimated weight, rental period, collection frequency, access, disposal requirements and other service conditions. A quotation is prepared after the job details are reviewed.

What details are needed for a quotation?

Provide the full location, waste type, photographs, estimated volume, required date, service type and access information. Commercial customers should also provide the site type, operating hours and expected collection frequency.

Can I change the collection date?

Contact JK RORO as early as possible. Schedule changes depend on vehicle and route availability and may affect the quotation.

Do you provide additional bins or exchanges?

Yes, subject to availability, site space and the agreed service. Send the existing job or customer reference together with the required date.
